2. Subject of the Agreement

4. Payment

6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing or via a durable medium within this period.
7. Circumstances in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
For products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under the applicable legislation, the provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation shall apply.
In addition, requests concerning products that have been used, washed, had their tags removed, lost their resale value, or been damaged by the user will be evaluated within the framework of the applicable legislation.
8. Returns and Exchanges

9. Force Majeure
Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, fire, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, war, strikes, disruptions in transportation, decisions by official authorities, or similar force majeure events beyond the parties' control.
In such cases, the Seller will inform the Buyer within a reasonable period.
10. Protection of Personal Data

11. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was conducted shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
12. Effective Date
